HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

By accessing our website or submitting a loan through The Brokers Processor, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of our services, including our “Level Me Up” loan submission funnel, website, and any related communication or systems.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

02 - SERVICES

WHAT WE DO

The Brokers Processor provides third-party mortgage loan processing support to licensed loan officers and brokerages.

We facilitate the processing of loan files — from intake through submission — but we do not act as the lender, underwriter, or funding authority.

03 - LEVEL ME UP SUBMISSION

YOU SUBMIT. WE EXECUTE

By submitting a loan through our platform:

You confirm you are authorized to submit the file
You confirm all information provided is accurate and compliant
You grant us permission to process and manage the file

Submission of a file does not guarantee approval, closing, or funding.

04 - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES

KEEP IT CLEAN. KEEP IT MOVING

You agree to:

Maintain an active NMLS (where applicable)
Provide accurate, complete, and current documentation
Respond promptly to processing conditions and requests

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted information.

05 - NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

WE MOVE FILES. NOT DECISIONS

We provide processing support only.

We do not control and do not guarantee:

Loan approvals
Underwriting decisions
Funding timelines

All services are provided “as is” based on the information submitted and third-party processes.

06 - CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA USE

YOUR PIPELINE STAY PROTECTED

All information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

07 - THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS

NOT EVERYTHING IS IN OUR CONTROL

We rely on third-party systems including:

Lenders
Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
CRM platforms
Document and communication tools

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by these third-party systems.

08 - ACCEPTABLE USE

DON'T GET CUTE

You may not:

Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Use our services for unlawful or unethical purposes

Violation may result in immediate termination of service.

09 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KNOW THE LINES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brokers Processor shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
Delays caused by lenders or third parties
Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by you

Use of our services is at your own risk.

10 - INDEMNIFICATION

YOU OWN WHAT YOU SUBMIT

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Brokers Processor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Incorrect or misleading information submitted
Unauthorized use of borrower or client data
Violations of applicable laws or regulations

11 - TERMINATION

WE PROTECT THE SYSTEM

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for:

Misuse
Non-compliance
Fraud or risk-related concerns

12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

OURS STAYS OURS

All materials, systems, workflows, and branding used by The Brokers Processor are our intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of our systems without written permission.

13 - GOVERNING LAW

WHERE THIS PLAY OUT

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14 - CHANGES TO TERMS

WE EVOLVE

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
